Evidence-based therapy rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that meaningful change happens when we stop fighting ourselves and start listening.
Trained in both neuropsychology and clinical psychology, I work at the intersection of brain, body, history, and environment. Rather than looking at any one piece in isolation, my approach weaves these together into a holistic understanding of who you are and what you're going through.
My work is equally shaped by eastern traditions — meditation, yoga, and contemplative practice — as it is by western clinical science. I'm drawn to the big questions: what makes a meaningful life, how we relate to suffering, what it means to truly show up. Modern philosophy, ancient wisdom, and rigorous psychology all have a seat at the table.
Based in Amsterdam, I work with people navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and that quiet, persistent feeling that there must be more to life than this.
Every person's journey is unique. I offer several pathways to support your growth and wellbeing.
One-on-one sessions focused on anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, and personal growth. A safe space to explore what's holding you back and build psychological flexibility — available both online and in person in Amsterdam.

As former manager at the OPEN Foundation and the International Conference on Psychedelic Research (ICPR), and through an ongoing collaboration with Magnolia Clinics — one of the few places in the world where clinical psychedelic-assisted therapy is legally offered — I bring both scientific rigour and therapeutic sensitivity to this work. Sessions can be facilitated through Magnolia Clinics or arranged privately.

Online Self-paced WhatsAppTherapy isn't about fixing what's broken — it's about learning to move toward what matters, even when life feels hard.
We begin by mapping your inner landscape — your values, your pain points, the patterns that keep you stuck. No judgement, just genuine curiosity about your experience.
Through ACT, schema therapy, EMDR, somatic awareness, and experiential exercises, we create space between you and your difficult thoughts. You learn to hold discomfort without being controlled by it.
Armed with clarity about your values, you begin taking meaningful action. Small, brave steps that compound into lasting change — building a life that feels truly yours.
Real stories from people who chose to show up for themselves.
I came in feeling completely lost after my divorce. Through our work together, I didn't just survive — I found parts of myself I'd forgotten existed. The retreat experience was transformative.
For the first time in years, I feel like I can breathe. The combination of therapy and ocean-based work unlocked something I couldn't access through talk therapy alone.
The hardest step is often the first one. Reach out — let's have a conversation about what's possible for you.
Whether you're looking for individual therapy, interested in an upcoming retreat, or simply have questions — I'd love to hear from you.
